To begin, I’ve noticed a few things going on in the UI. For one, when you wear glasses, you’ll face a challenge every time you need to change them. I had to go to the settings menu, in the bottom left-hand corner, to opt for the correct option. Then again, the toolset in Photoshop keeps you moving away from the menu. You rarely need to do anything out of the box, that I can see. Instead, you fire up most tools in the Edit toolbox, which you have at your fingertips at all times. Again, though, you’ll need to look for the menu to find additional settings. In this era of the AI editor, I’m pretty impressed that the AI can apply the same effects over and over and over, so I was curious what would happen if you asked it to do the same over and over. The answer? For the most part, it applied whatever setting you had already applied to the layer. I wasn’t expecting that. However, that helps lighten the process for beginners, who can keep applying and editing the same settings until they get the look they want.
